- Available exclusively to new landlords or returning landlords who haven't used our services in the past 12 months
- Limit of one promotion per landlord
- Applies only to standard property management service fees
- Property condition reports must be approved prior to onboarding
- Minimum 12-month property management agreement required
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
- Early termination within 12 months will require repayment of waived fees
